Based on our rich experience, PCT can provide various services such as project analysis, pre-sales consultation, technical support, after-sales service and regular visits, and we are fully confident to satisfy you.

PCT warrants to its customers that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Any claims for damage or shipping shortages must be replaced and supplemented by PCT.

Warranty Period: Two (2) years.

If any product purchased from PCT is defective during the warranty period, PCT will repair or replace the defective product and ship it to the customer's site free of charge.

For products beyond the warranty period, we can provide maintenance costs.
